What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT hardware, including servers and networking equipment.
• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials within the data center.
• Conduct ongoing audits to verify asset inventory and update records accordingly.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and logistics performance.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related logistics field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to move and lift heavy objects in a data center environment
• Familiarity with asset management software
