Location: 5 days a week onsite in Fresno, CA
Salary: $28-30/hour

What you will do
- Analyze company spending and lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and reduce costs.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final contract execution.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and verify the receipt of goods and services.
- Optimize procurement systems to track inventories and ensure accurate P&L reporting.
- Coordinate administrative operations across departments and document action items from key meetings.
- Support the operations team with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Fresno, CA 5 days a week.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost reduction.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting financial data for spend analysis.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
