Junior Project Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Residence in Istanbul, Turkey is required (Working hours: 16:00-00:00)

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution across the organization.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance.
• Develop project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Residence in Istanbul.
• English: Advanced/Perfect level required (C1+); candidates with lower levels will be eliminated.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning to execution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Proximity to central Istanbul for potential on-site meetings.
