What you will do
- Identify and qualify inbound leads to convert them into customer meetings.
- Execute outbound campaigns using tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum.
- Manage and disposition leads within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Conduct cold calling and overcome objections to build a qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Inside Sales teams for seamless lead handoff.
- Utilize AI toolsets to improve outreach efficiency and demand generation efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.
- Some college education or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-oriented mentality.
- High energy and intensity with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
