What you will do
- Prospect target personas through 50+ daily outbound calls and strategic email outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed quotas for sales-qualified opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop territory-specific prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Implement sales methodologies such as SPICED and BANT to qualify leads effectively.
- Collaborate with management and peers to refine messaging and improve daily sales processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Tempe, US.
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence.
- Demonstrated curiosity, motivation, and resourcefulness in a sales environment.
- Ability to manage pipeline and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
