What you will do
- Generate pipeline by setting BANT-qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives.
- Prospect and engage assigned accounts via phone, email, and social media.
- Run discovery conversations with influencers and decision makers within target accounts.
- Research contacts and accounts using sales engagement tools.
- Fully understand and evangelize Cato’s solution.
- Log activity consistently in Salesforce and Outreach and hit daily/weekly scheduling KPIs.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to interact with people by phone and email.
- Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, metrics-driven environment and working toward quotas.
- Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process.
