What you will do

  • Generate pipeline by setting BANT-qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives.
  • Prospect and engage assigned accounts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Run discovery conversations with influencers and decision makers within target accounts.
  • Research contacts and accounts using sales engagement tools.
  • Fully understand and evangelize Cato’s solution.
  • Log activity consistently in Salesforce and Outreach and hit daily/weekly scheduling KPIs.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to interact with people by phone and email.
  • Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, metrics-driven environment and working toward quotas.
  • Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process.
