TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX

What you will do

  • Provide proactive, concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Configure and troubleshoot executive hardware including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage and support boardroom AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and presentation tools.
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead the development of support standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach support specialists to foster a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT support experience, specifically supporting executives or VIP users.
  • Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and video conferencing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune or JAMF.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, VPN, and routing.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for executive off-sites and events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital signage and smart office technology.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
