TL;DR

End User Support Technician (P3): Providing frontline technical support and device provisioning for employees with an accent on hardware lifecycle management and remote troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in or near Troy, Michigan

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 USD

What you will do

  • Prepare, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices for new and existing employees.
  • Provide timely remote support for hardware, software, and account-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for all hardware and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical escalations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Troy, Michigan
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware in a business environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
  • Ability to follow technical documentation and OEM guides.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow.
  • College coursework or certifications in Information Technology or Computer Science.
