Finance Manager

Location: Arlington, VA — onsite at 1801 S Bell

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the monthly close and support business reporting and analytics.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify performance drivers, and advise on the impact of strategic policies.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models for KPIs, performance monitoring, and sensitivity or scenario analysis.
• Support periodic forecasting and annual planning cycles for key stakeholders and corporate support units.
• Validate headcount data and inputs for monthly sales commission calculations.
• Contribute to special finance projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of direct experience in FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to organize large data sets and clearly summarize findings.
• Knowledge of GAAP, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
• Experience with a large integrated ERP or MRP system such as Oracle or SAP.
• Experience processing sensitive headcount and compensation data for sales commission payouts.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar systems.
• Experience in a subscription-based business.
