Compensation: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Manage monthly financial close processes and provide insightful commentary on performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Excel-based models for financial performance and KPI monitoring.
• Support annual planning cycles and long-range forecasting for business stakeholders.
• Validate headcount data and inputs for monthly sales commission calculations.
• Analyze the financial impact of strategic policies and identify performance trends.
• Collaborate with corporate support units on special projects and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7 years of direct experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis tools.
• Experience utilizing large integrated ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets.
• Experience processing sensitive headcount and compensation information.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Experience working in a subscription-based business model.
