AP/AR Manager (Ecommerce)

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of 2-3 AP/AR specialists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactional work.
• Establish and document robust AP/AR procedures, approval workflows, and internal controls.
• Analyze aging reports and cash flow trends to deliver actionable insights to the Controller.
• Oversee full-cycle AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, and cash application.
• Lead automation and workflow improvements within NetSuite and the Ramp platform.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reserve analysis, and account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive AP/AR or accounting operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA-eligible status.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce and Amazon Marketplace fee structures.
• Experience with Ramp or similar treasury/AP automation platforms.
