What you will do

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including accruals, receipting, and period-close activities.
• Track actuals against approved budgets by cost center and flag material variances.
• Process and validate vendor invoices across all active supplier relationships.
• Maintain the operational asset register and track spare parts inventory levels.
• Build and maintain financial models, including cost forecasting and scenario analysis frameworks.
• Prepare financial analysis packages for QBRs, board presentations, and leadership forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years in accounting, financial operations, cost tracking, or asset management.
• Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting, period-close workflows, and budget preparation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating vendor invoice processing across multiple supplier relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining asset registers or operational databases in multi-site infrastructure.
• Familiarity with asset management or DCIM platforms.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA candidate status.
