Salary: $88,000 – $150,000 (based on geographic location)

What you will do
- Lead organizational budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy in alignment with the multi-year strategic plan.
- Serve as the organizational lead on financial grants management, ensuring compliance and strategic use of revenue.
- Manage annual financial audit processes and maintain relationships with external auditors and vendors.
- Ensure strong internal controls, policy alignment, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, setting departmental priorities and driving change management.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and support resource allocation.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in nonprofit finance leadership roles within a dynamic organizational context.
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office, with deep Excel knowledge.
- Expertise in grants finance, accounting, auditing, and financial systems.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Work authorization for the United States (E-Verify used).

- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with DocuSign, ADP, and Concur.
