TL;DR
Embedded BSP Software Engineer (Linux): Designing and maintaining Board Support Packages and Linux kernel drivers for high-performance embedded platforms with an accent on hardware-software integration and system bring-up. Focus on developing PCIe and FPGA-based drivers, optimizing the software stack, and debugging complex system-level issues across hardware and firmware layers.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux BSPs for high-performance embedded compute platforms.
- Develop and integrate Linux kernel drivers for PCIe, FPGA-based peripherals, and high-speed interfaces.
- Configure and maintain Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, and Rocky Linux for bespoke hardware.
- Develop user-space tools and utilities to support in-house drivers and platform features.
- Perform board bring-up, hardware integration, and system-level debugging across firmware and software layers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product requirements and validate system stability.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing and maintaining Linux-based BSPs and proficiency in Embedded C on x86 and/or ARM architectures.
- Experience configuring, porting, and debugging Linux kernels and platform software.
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up and developing device drivers (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO).
- Ability to work with schematics, datasheets, and processor technical reference manuals.
- Experience using debugging tools such as JTAG, serial interfaces, and lab instrumentation.
- English: Effective communication skills required.
