What you will do

• Dispatch new assignments and proactively manage project cycle times.
• Liaise between clients and the appraisal team, providing regular file status updates.
• Oversee and monitor field appraisal teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-caliber end products.
• Process invoices and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with contracts.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in insurance claims (preferred).
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for high-volume environments.
