What you will do

• Plan project activities, costs, and schedules while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal cross-discipline teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Control project scope and manage changes in collaboration with clients and management.
• Generate project reports and maintain documentation using company software tools.
• Support proposal development and new business development opportunities.
• Supervise project team members and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City or able to work from the NYC office.
• Minimum of an ABET accredited Bachelor of Science Degree.
• 5-7 years of technical experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) field.
• 3-5 years of dedicated project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including critical path, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic skills in Bluebeam, SharePoint, CAD, and Revit.
