Director, Program Delivery

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico or Hawaii

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead program and project management for complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements with interconnected workstreams and teams.
• Coordinate strategy, design, technology, client alignment, financial health, and resource allocation from concept through delivery.
• Ensure deliverable requirements are met while managing change, risks, project processes, and methodologies.
• Set client expectations and lead strategic client discussions and presentations.
• Mentor, manage, and develop program delivery employees while supporting department growth.
• Drive goals and solutions that create impact across individual workstreams and the overall program.

Requirements

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing multiple multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected workstreams.
• Experience leading strategic discussions and presentations for clients.
• Background in a client services organization, preferably an interactive agency or consulting environment.
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycles.
• Knowledge of web development and emerging technologies, including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience, with the ability to work across multiple categories.
