Finance Manager, HQ Sales Finance & Planning (CPG): Leading monthly FP&A and Trade & Performance Management processes across US Sales Divisions with an accent on reporting accuracy, trade budget management, and cross-functional partnership. Focus on digitalizing financial reporting via Power BI and optimizing month-end close cycles for high-level decision making.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO); required to report to the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $117,000–$168,000

What you will do

  • Lead the monthly FP&A close reporting and consolidation cycle for all U.S. Sales Divisions.
  • Partner with Division Sales Finance teams to manage trade budgets and balance sheet activity.
  • Serve as a key finance partner for Creamers, Ready-To-Drink Coffee, and Plant Based Categories.
  • Collaborate with Trade Accounting to ensure accurate accounting treatment at month-end close.
  • Implement process improvements through digitalization of routine financial reporting using Power BI.
  • Lead and develop one direct report through coaching and performance guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of progressive Corporate Finance experience, ideally within the CPG industry.
  • Demonstrated Sales Finance experience within a matrixed or multi-division environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including trade accounting and accruals.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a demonstrated interest in leveraging Power BI for automation.
