Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Providing finance leadership and decision support through rigorous analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Focus on driving revenue and cost analysis, developing KPI tracking, and performing complex financial modeling to support strategic business initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Maple Plain, MN (Hybrid role). Due to ITAR regulations, this role is restricted to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or those with refugee/asylee status.

Salary: $88,300 - $132,500 a year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue, cost drivers, and gross margins.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) tracking systems.
• Perform financial justifications for capital expenditures and new project proposals.
• Collaborate on consolidated financial plans, including headcount and operating expenses.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, specifically in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Finance experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX.
