What you will do

• Establish and optimize the operational cadence including QBRs, leadership meetings, and planning cycles.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and product launches to ensure revenue impact.
• Manage agenda prioritization and action items to increase executive efficiency for the CMO.
• Draft high-quality executive communications, board presentations, and internal announcements.
• Act as a proxy for the CMO in strategic alignment sessions and discovery calls.
• Connect Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Finance to ensure alignment on metrics and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, or Management Consulting role.
• Deep literacy in GTM models, pipeline mechanics, and marketing conversion funnels.
• Proven track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects from ideation to execution.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
• Strong data-to-narrative skills with elite presentation design capabilities.
