What you will do
- Own and manage the global marketing and media budget to ensure optimal allocation across enterprise priorities.
- Define and lead a globally consistent investment governance model to enable transparency and performance tracking.
- Design and implement an agile investment operating model for real-time decision-making based on performance signals.
- Lead enterprise-level partnerships, including strategic platform agreements and global agency negotiations.
- Standardize tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance investment efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor a high-performing global media investment team and provide expert insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in media investment, financial planning, or marketing operations.
- Proven track record managing large global budgets and driving ROI improvements in product technology or CPG.
- Expertise in agency management, contract negotiation, and building enterprise partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting, ROI modeling, and performance measurement.
- Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations with a focus on operational transformation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
