Implementation Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Travel to assigned accounts required, up to 50% as needed.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding from sales handoff through implementation and transition to operations.
• Develop implementation processes, standard operating procedures, timelines, statements of work, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Operations, senior leadership, and other departments to track deliverables and resolve barriers.
• Lead client calls, provide weekly status updates, and collect implementation feedback through surveys.
• Create EHR training guides and hands-on walkthroughs for the Operations team.
• Analyze client data and workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and support automation and software integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, including at least 2 years in management or supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of release of information and health information management practices.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Athena, eCW, NextGen, Allscripts, GE Centricity, EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, or EDM preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, client-facing, executive communication, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history and availability to travel to assigned accounts up to 50%.
