Senior Sales Engineer (AI)

Location: Sweden (Remote); territory includes the Nordics and Baltics, with strategic opportunities across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

What you will do

• Support strategic opportunities and partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery calls, technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and basic proofs of concept or value.
• Design and recommend customer-specific solutions using the conversational AI platform.
• Analyze customer requirements and pain points, then communicate recommendations and enhancement needs to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, product information, competitive comparisons, and internal training.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales, preferably with enterprise software, contact center, or automation technologies.
• JavaScript programming or scripting experience; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus.
• Experience presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies including SIP, SBC, ACD, ASR, TTS, conversation design, IVR design, or chatbot design.
• Strong understanding of Cognigy, conversational AI, NLU/NLP, UI/UX, and related software technologies.
• Fluent English and Swedish required. Other Nordic languages are a plus.
