What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to execute strategic deals through discovery calls and technical deep dives.
• Design and recommend customized AI solutions that solve customer pain points and meet business requirements.
• Create and deliver powerful product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs/POVs).
• Analyze competitive landscapes and perform technical comparisons with other conversational AI products.
• Provide technical guidance to the sales organization and conduct internal training across the company.

Requirements

• Professional experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Background in enterprise software, specifically contact center or automation technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLU, and NLP.
• Understanding of contact center tech (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS) and conversation design.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
