Applied AI / Technical Account Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York or London; in-person at the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
• Design scalable AI-powered solutions that reduce manual work and improve procurement operations.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-value solutions and demonstrate outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead customer workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions focused on practical AI applications.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and measurable business value from AI deployments.
• Build domain expertise and share knowledge across the organisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, solution architecture, or customer-facing AI roles.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technical and AI solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of procurement, finance, and supply-chain processes and their potential AI use cases.
• Strong presentation skills, including workshops, whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and demos.
• Hands-on experience identifying, designing, and building automations or AI-driven solutions for repeatable processes.
