Solutions Engineer, UK (AI)

Location: London-based hybrid role

Glean provides a Work AI platform combining enterprise search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform with extensive SaaS connectors, flexible LLM support, and APIs.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to the UK&I sales team, partners, and prospective customers.
• Deliver interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform and explain its architecture in customer environments.
• Scope and execute sponsored pilots and Proof of Value exercises to validate technical requirements and business objectives.
• Train customers and partners to use the product successfully.
• Present at company-sponsored events, including Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to investigate issues, raise feature requests, and understand the roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales and experience with value-based discovery frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and present both virtually and in person.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, and Azure cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Familiarity with identity services, SSO, APIs, and security technologies including Azure/Entra ID, Okta, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAFs, and proxies.
