What you will do

• Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, collaborating with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
• Deploy and configure standard hirify.global integrations with customer ERP systems.
• Guide and support customers in the usage of REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Configure SaaS applications to ensure best-practice integration and data handling.
• Implement EDI connections to e-invoicing solutions using standard APIs.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and mapping documents for client IT and finance teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs.
• Previous experience in IT system implementations, specifically within SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of financial or accounting-based systems.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with precision and quality.
• Must be based in or able to work in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX/F&O, NAV/Business Central), or Infor M3.
• Experience working in Professional Services or technical consulting environments.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
