Senior System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
• Design technical solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Create system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts for development teams.
• Oversee implementation and integrate new systems with existing infrastructure and platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar system analysis role, including 2 years working with mobile teams.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and documentation for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Async API technologies such as WebSocket and Kafka, and third-party API integrations.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and system architecture.
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required.

• In-depth knowledge of trading systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Russian language skills.
