Forward Deployed Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote - EU/UK; remote-first work culture with work-from-anywhere flexibility.

Compensation: SGD 175K–SGD 200K, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products.
• Support clients end to end during onboarding and ensure successful deployments.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions using Sardine’s platform capabilities.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, project quality, and implementation risks.
• Share customer and product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical roles such as integrations engineering, QA engineering, technical account management, solutions architecture, systems analysis, or forward deployment.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong integration, automation, execution, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with basic SQL querying, JSON payload analysis, API specifications such as OpenAPI, and web development.
• Experience writing scripts or internal tools using technologies such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
