Senior System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own business and system analysis throughout the feature lifecycle, from discovery through production delivery.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and document business and system requirements for client-facing products and internal administration tools.
• Translate requirements into User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, sequence diagrams, specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts.
• Design technical solutions and integrations across distributed backend services and existing platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Platform Administration, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams.
• Support development teams during implementation and help ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience analyzing and documenting requirements for backend services and creating comprehensive technical documentation.
• Proficiency in system architecture, API types, and third-party API integrations.
• Experience creating system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English at B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience, particularly with CFD trading.
• Experience with client-facing trading platforms, administration tools, or operational back-office systems.
• SQL and data skills.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Russian language proficiency.
