Technical Specialist - Integration (Healthcare)

Location: Windsor, UK. Requires visits to customer sites such as hospitals and laboratories, as well as implementation partners, with up to 5 days away from home each week.

What you will do

• Perform custom development and integrate healthcare applications with systems and devices.
• Support the technical implementation of hirify.global healthcare applications and related products.
• Configure environments and manage site-specific integrations, database updates, data migration, reporting, data extraction, and analytics cubes.
• Manage upgrades and releases to ensure solutions meet project specifications and deployment requirements.
• Provide technical support, training, workshops, and presentations for customers and implementation partners.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Experience with software development, programming, applications, and complex data analysis.
• Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, customer interaction, and training skills.
• Ability to lead and deliver results within defined time frames.
• Proficiency in English and one other language.

Nice to have

• HL7 programming experience.
• Experience with hirify.global technology and healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of Health Information Exchange standards and best practices.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous or unstructured situations.
