What you will do

• Advise and support clients on data protection, utilizing the hirify.global AI-powered platform.
• Design and implement scalable data protection policies and procedures.
• Conduct data protection impact and risk assessments using automation to improve consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate legal, privacy, and compliance workflows.
• Build and improve AI-powered assistants and automations to enhance consulting outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to contribute to platform and service development based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• Initial experience in privacy, compliance, consulting, or Legal Tech.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Microsoft Copilot.
• Exposure to APIs and low-code tools like n8n or Make.
• Native-level fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich or Berlin for a hybrid setup.
