What you will do

• Conduct legal research on a wide range of diverse legal issues.
• Support day-to-day tasks in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Update and maintain company contract templates.
• Implement and manage the contract repository using DocuSign CLM.
• Prepare documents for due diligence reviews and coordinate with notaries and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current student of Law or Business Law.
• Strong interest in commercial contract law topics.
• Fluent German and English skills (negotiation-level).
• Must be based in or able to work from Gilching, Germany.
• Careful, structured, and highly independent working style.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company.
• Practical knowledge of DocuSign CLM.
