What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize legal rules within the platform to generate automated compliance assessments.
• Decode complex labour, tax, and social security regulations into clear, executable logic.
• Audit and refine existing automated rules to ensure accuracy and granularity.
• Monitor international regulatory changes and update platform logic accordingly.
• Maintain data banks, procedures, and documentation to support scalable operations.
• Partner with Tech, Product, and Ops teams to align logic with user needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience in labour law, corporate/wage tax, social security, or data protection.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to inaccuracies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine affinity for technology.
• Ability to use AI tools for research and drafting with disciplined verification.
• Passion for working in multicultural, international teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
