What you will do

• Advise on legal matters for Impossible Cloud GmbH and Impossible Cloud Network Foundation.
• Handle M&A, venture capital, trademark, and competition law.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with national and international partners.
• Provide legal support to various departments in day-to-day operations.
• Lead legal research and complex projects within the IT and crypto sectors.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external law firms.

Requirements

• Professional experience in in-house legal departments or law firms focusing on commercial or corporate law.
• Successfully completed First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with top marks.
• Fluent German and English language skills (business level).
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.
