What you will do

• Advise Management Board and Supervisory Board on corporate and capital markets law
• Support capital markets communication and ad hoc disclosures
• Provide legal support for group and company financing measures
• Ensure compliance with statutory and capital markets reporting obligations
• Draft, review, and update corporate governance documents and policies
• Prepare and follow up on Annual General Meetings and board meetings
• Advise group entities on commercial law and contribute to compliance structures

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with 4–5 years relevant experience in law firm or in-house at listed company
• Strong knowledge of corporate and capital markets law with practical experience
• Experience with complex legal matters and executive/supervisory bodies
• Fluent English skills
• Structured, precise, independent working style with business acumen
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
