What you will do

• Support GDPR and data privacy projects across EMEA, including data mapping, ROPA, and DPIAs.
• Advise on the lawful processing of personal and health data and implement privacy-by-design initiatives.
• Manage the healthcare compliance program in accordance with AdvaMed and MedTech Europe Codes.
• Provide guidance on compliant interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Conduct compliance training, risk assessments, and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, HR, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Information Security, Data Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, specifically health data, DPIAs, and international transfers.
• Fluent English (C1) is required.

Nice to have

• Privacy or compliance certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CCEP.
• Experience or strong interest in medical devices and regulated industries.
• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
