What you will do

• Lead the management of platform worker and rider classification risks globally.
• Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support next-generation delivery solutions.
• Advise Public Policy teams on legislative developments impacting platform work.
• Provide expert legal guidance to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with at least 3 years of law firm experience.
• Strong background in litigation and deep expertise in platform work and worker classification.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across multi-jurisdictional teams.
