Enterprise Account Executive - DACH (German-Speaking)

What you will do

• Own data-driven account planning and identify enterprise prospects across the DACH market.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Lead customer conversations using storytelling, product expertise, and tailored creative solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
• Gather customer feedback and market insight to help shape the Product roadmap.
• Turn complex situations into clear customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's worksuite.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience with medium-sized businesses and large enterprise organisations, ideally in technology.
• Proven success across the full sales cycle, including prospecting and new-logo acquisition.
• Experience addressing complex business challenges, creating detailed account plans, and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
