Compensation: $162,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting and controllership for Ads revenue, including revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Design and execute scalable month-end and quarter-end close processes for advertising products.
• Define accounting frameworks for global expansion, including multi-currency billing and tax localization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to validate measurement logic for impressions, clicks, and billable events.
• Identify material risks and communicate recommendations to finance and business leadership.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve reconciliation quality and control execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically in ads revenue or controllership.
• CPA or equivalent expertise with a strong command of ASC 606.
• Direct experience in adtech, retail media, or marketplace monetization is non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to build 0-to-1 finance processes and scale them into audit-ready procedures.
• Strong data fluency and experience validating high-volume calculations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar finance transformation tools.
