Compensation: $180,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting close processes across all global entities.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure expense accuracy through robust accrual processes.
• Oversee order-to-cash workflows, including customer invoicing and AR collections.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC606 standards.
• Coordinate global and local statutory audits with external partners.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives by integrating AI and modern tooling to scale operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a mix of public (highly regulated) and private (hyper-growth) environments.
• Proficiency in US GAAP, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation.
• CPA license and/or Big 4 accounting firm experience.
• Previous IPO experience within an enterprise B2B software company.
• Strong ability to design, run, and improve financial processes from scratch.
• Bias for simplifying and automating workflows using AI-native approaches.
