TL;DR

Solution Consultant (PropTech): Onboarding and enabling institutional real estate clients on an AI-powered decision platform with an accent on investment workflows and financial value realization. Focus on bridging the gap between user needs and product development to optimize asset and portfolio decisions.

Location: Hybrid (Zürich, London, or Berlin). Must have Swiss or EU citizenship/work authorization.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and training for asset, fund, and transaction managers.
  • Translate platform functionality into role-specific investment use cases like Capex prioritization and business planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients to ensure early value realization and software adoption.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify and resolve adoption risks.
  • Collect user feedback and friction points to guide the Product team in platform improvements.
  • Develop internal playbooks and training materials to scale the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in institutional real estate, finance, or asset management.
  • Proven track record with investment use cases (e.g., business plans, acquisitions, portfolio analysis).
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and German.
  • Swiss or EU citizenship/work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or B2B solution consulting.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and decarbonization in real estate.
  • Experience creating investment committee materials.
