What you will do

  • Own the Nomad Insurance product line end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy and vision.
  • Define product goals, prioritize features, and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team comprising growth, engineering, and design specialists.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer to ensure an exceptional and beloved user experience.
  • Manage critical internal and external relationships necessary for successful product operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or a background as an entrepreneur.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset characterized by high agency and risk-taking ability.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to rally people around a clear vision.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach to project planning.
  • Deep product intuition and a track record of building products that users love.
