What you will do

• Lead product direction for major areas of the finance super app, including insurance, payments, and savings.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear and efficient execution.
• Transform regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, implement post-launch learning, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas and managing cross-functional squads.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
• Expertise in simplifying complex financial products into intuitive user journeys.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps is a strong advantage.
