What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer portals and mobile applications.
• Manage product backlogs by prioritizing features and resolving trade-offs to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and business teams to launch and enhance digital products.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications for technical execution.
• Monitor key success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the improvement of product management practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product design.
• Proven experience managing technical products, digital platforms, or customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile product experiences, including UX flows and customer journey design.
• Experience managing the full product delivery lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
