What you will do
- Own the product roadmap and define the strategic direction for emergency response and incident management solutions.
- Lead product discovery by synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data from customers and stakeholders.
- Translate user needs and business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver user-centered, mission-critical capabilities.
- Define and track product success metrics to guide continuous iteration and improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional product releases to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on building and scaling software products.
- Proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery.
- Ability to reason through technical and operational constraints of products integrating software and physical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into clear outcomes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting priorities and tradeoffs.
- Eligible for US-based employment and benefits (401k, US Health Insurance).
