Salary: $296,000 - $379,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Financial Incentives portfolio, including payment mechanisms, claims adjudication, and ledger platforms.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers.
• Serve as the executive-level subject matter expert on financial incentives and payment operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Legal teams to ship mission-critical products.
• Define key performance metrics and drive organizational alignment.
• Make prioritization decisions across a complex product surface area with significant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing and developing product managers.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping financial products at scale (payments, ledgers, card programs).
• Deep expertise in payment infrastructure or consumer financial products.
• Track record of leading both 0-to-1 product development and scaling production systems.
• Strong technical fluency to engage engineering on system design, APIs, and reliability.
• Exceptional communication skills to drive alignment with executives and external partners.
