What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of the auto claims lifecycle, identifying friction points and automation opportunities from FNOL to resolution.
- Develop deep expertise in claims decision-making and data utilization to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Identify and resolve breakdowns in claim workflow, documentation, and data integrity across systems.
- Define and ensure standards for claims quality, documentation rigor, and decision rationale.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to resolve systemic issues impacting efficiency and customer experience.
- Translate insights into measurable product improvements and influence roadmap decisions with financial and operational context.
Requirements
- Prior experience working at a major carrier as a claims adjuster.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end auto claims process within P&C.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams.
- Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
