What you will do

• Manage the provider life cycle by submitting and monitoring practice and physician applications and terminations.
• Maintain accurate provider data and membership rosters within CRM and online systems.
• Coordinate with medical practices and health plan representatives to resolve outstanding issues and updates.
• Collaborate with Market Operations Managers to reconcile physician lists and administrative payments.
• Partner with the membership team to streamline and optimize current operational processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive physician information.

Nice to have

• Associate's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related administrative assistant or coordinator role.
• Knowledge of the credentialing process and experience with health plan payer portals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, and AI tools.
