What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, and DC Management.
• Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, and first-line management roles across multiple EMEA markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data centre launches.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and labor market challenges.
• Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and agency partnerships.
• Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and candidate experience through to onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, Telecommunications, or Industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different countries or business areas.
• Excellent sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply
