What you will do

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical, including segmentation and competitive positioning.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams through strategic hiring and performance development.
  • Drive revenue growth via new logo acquisition and expansion within existing Global 2000 accounts.
  • Act as the key interface between sales and product/engineering teams to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Establish and oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory design.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers across healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven track record of closing 7-figure+ deals and managing multi-year sales cycles in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling AI, NLP, or enterprise software solutions specifically to healthcare organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, and GDPR.
  • Proficiency in implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
  • Strong background in healthcare technology, such as EHR/EMR systems or pharmaceutical R&D solutions.
