What you will do

• Review large volumes of medical records to provide factual notes and chronologies of evidence.
• Manage and upload documents using Collaborate and Bundledocs for clients, experts, and Counsel.
• Liaise with policy holders, insurers, experts, and witnesses regarding claims and availability.
• Perform legal research and handle various ad hoc legal tasks.
• Coordinate conferences, hearings, JSMs, and trials.
• Maintain digital file trackers and assist with billing queries.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently using initiative.
• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and re-prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office (Hybrid).
